It is important for consumers to learn how to talk to their lender about their financial challenges – this is the only way to discover options that may help them avoid foreclosure.

You can view the ads online at the NeighborWorks web site. The ads are supported by Countrywide Home Loans, Washington Mutual, Bank of America, Option One Mortgage Corp., and others.
